heya, i was wondering if there are any spaces in september for the belfast studio for beginners. i have had some lessons previously but that was a good many years ago and have lost the strength and the knowledge. is there any chance you can get back to me to let me know or any available places for the next termof classes,

well what can i say, i booked a party night for fri 9th april 2010, and we were all very nervous but as soon as we got there our instructor FLO was fantastic really made us feel comfortable and such a relaxing atmosphere. she was just great. the whole experience was def one to remember, the studio, instructor everything. we would all def do it again.

Just had to share a funny with you .... Polar Ice opened the Belfast depot late last year and we just couldn't figure out some of the strange phone calls we were getting ... we sell dry ice yet these calls were requesting pole dancing, finally one of your customers explained - turns out directory enquiries were giving out our number for ye!
So a few of us ladies in Polar Ice plan a day out at Polarcise in the not too distand future- one for the blog we reckon!!
Had a great time at the monthly workshop in Cookstown! Got the bug now and def going to sign up for classes!! Well worth the sore limbs in the morning!! xx

Just to say a big thank you to Ali for looking after us so well at Saturdays party - we had a really fun time and everyone is dying to do it again ! There were a few aching muscles the next day though that might have been made worse by all the dancing we did after the class too ! We loved our group photo too ! Karen

Hi, Just wanted to say thank you so much for an amazing night last night. We attended a Polercise party night at your Belfast studio and our instructor Ashley was amazing, and great fun. We all had a ball and I would highly reccomend it to all and sundry!!

Beginners pole grooves is a course following beginners if you feel you not ready to move onto the next level. You need to have completed beginners before you can do the pole grooves

I was looking at the Belfast timetable for May and was interested in the beginners class on Monday lunchtime. What is the difference in Beginners & Beginners Pole Grooves?

Hey, was just wondering how to go about starting the classes in belfast for beginners, think the afternoon one would be good cause i could call round on my lunch break.
We have Sat the 30th free at the min, give us a ring to book in or for alternative dates. Its a great way to start of your day :)

I'm afraid you do need to wait until new term starts in March - everyone starts of at the beginner level so your all in the same boat - the whole point of the 8 week course is to build and develop upper body strength, tone, flexibility etc :)
Can I not start until March in Belfast or can I go anytime?
I'm a complete beginner, I've never done anything like this before. Will I need to be reasonably fit before I start?

i am attending the beginners class in letterkenny, unfortunately i missed 2 classes, i want to carry on going and maybe do 2 classes a week instead one. Should i carry on doing beginners classes? with missing those classes i dont know if i am ready for inter....

Firstly, like with any form of exercise, doing in at least twice a week will give you the added benift of seeing better results
Secondaly, you will get the second class HALF PRICE - how goods that???
Our next term is 14th July - were taking bookings already so check out the timetable and get yourself booked on asap - you'll never look back - Trust me :)
