i am attending the beginners class in letterkenny, unfortunately i missed 2 classes, i want to carry on going and maybe do 2 classes a week instead one. Should i carry on doing beginners classes? with missing those classes i dont know if i am ready for inter....

Firstly, like with any form of exercise, doing in at least twice a week will give you the added benift of seeing better results
Secondaly, you will get the second class HALF PRICE - how goods that???
Our next term is 14th July - were taking bookings already so check out the timetable and get yourself booked on asap - you'll never look back - Trust me :)

My god delighted that polercise has come to Donegal. I am really interested in doing it. Is there any benefit on joining two beginners classes, i would like to do it twice a week.
Or if i joined a beginners class, could 1-2-1 classes be provided in Letterkenny??
I have always wanted to learn this and am delighted Donegal has actully got it!!!! Also do you send the student to compete as i see you have loadz a pics from competitions up or is that what you have achieved?????

It is £80 for an 8 week course, Weekday Lunchtime classes are £55 for the 8 weeks. Everyone must start at the beginner level and work themselves up :)
All courses are booking and payment in advance to secure a place as class spaces are limited.

We had a fantastic pole party on Friday nite in Polercise with Ashley, the whole group loved it as it was a fun filled nite carried out very professionally under the instruction of the brillant Ashley. The group would love to return for a class with Ashley as we are now all hooked on pole dancing. Throughly recommended to all and we were blown away by the exotic male dance Roger. Polercise is an experience not to be missed, Many thanx Ashley from all the girls on Friday nite

Well today is the morning after for me and I'm in pure agony. I started polercise last night in the Donegal street studio with Lorna. It was great craic....
I must say it always looked easier than it is. I have always loved to exercise and feel fit. It feels great when your in pain the day after because you know you were working the muscles properly. I have pain today in places I didnt even know I had muscles. No pain no gain !!!!!!!
Anyhow I just wanted to leave a quick message to say how much I enjoyed it and I think Imight be hooked already. For anyone thinking about it at all, I say Go For It.........
Cant wait to next week......
