Polercise Ltd provides a business format franchise in which the package content delivers to the Franchisee everything that is needed to launch and develop the business. The essential elements of the package include:

Premises – Selection and Approval

We provide you with the premises criteria with respect to our requirements for suitable site location and demographics. We then visit the site to approve that it satisfactorily complies with the Polercise Ltd requirements

Training

There is an 8 week comprehensive training programme at the Headquarters in Belfast. This covers all aspects of the business method. It embraces everything from implementing the marketing strategy to ensuring satisfactory membership sign-ups and delivery of the services which produces good repeat and referral business. This initial training is followed by one week of further supplementary training, this provides the opportunity to build relationships with the Polercise team and become competent in the operational method implemented.

Stationery Package

A full complement of the Polercise Ltd package includes: Business Cards, Administration Forms, Contracts, Pitch Book (presentation folder)

Launch Programme

The Launch Programme has been devised to help the Franchisee effectively launch the business at the location. It will involve an initial advertising programme, supply of posters, press releases, flyer distribution and one week of hands-on help pre-opening and during opening to ensure that the business is effectively launched. In the pre-opening phase, the studio will be set up internally to the Polercise Ltd blueprint.

Licensing Rights

The Franchisee is granted the right to trade under the Polercise Ltd corporate identity and enjoy all the benefits of belonging to the ‘family’ of Polercise Ltd.
