We invite you to shimmy into something less comfortable so we can show you how to pose, peel and strut like a pin-up. Flutter your eyelashes as you coax out your Sandra Dee side! Whip your inner Bettie Page into shape quick-sharp! Put your new skills together in a cute routine with lots of laughs and surprises along the way!
